All of the fruit we produce is GlobalG.A.P. certified, in order to guarantee food safety. Every month the KCB performs an unannounced inspection. The KCB is a semi-governmental agency which performs fruit and vegetable quality control.

In order to deliver optimal quality we pay special attention to the following criteria: crispness (a firm bite), brix value (sugar content), colour, and shelf life. Fruitcompany Toon Vernooij is certified with the AH residue protocol (an add-on module for GlobalG.A.P.), Tesco NURTURE and Milieukeur. Also see Sustainability.
